Seth E Hunter is a 4th year PhD student in the Fluid Interfaces group focused on how to develop social experiences that deepen the value of interactive interfaces through reflection, communication, and embodiment. His work is focused on designing environments that support creative engagement between the physical and digital world. He has a BA in Cognitive Science and Studio Art from the University of Virginia, and an MFA in Art and Technology from the Art Institute of Chicago and an MAS from the MIT Media Lab.

Pol is a first year Ph.D. candidate at the Fluid Interfaces Group at the MIT Media Lab. His work seeks to lay a foundation for designing alternative output technologies. Identifying limitations of current display technologies and conceptualizing, designing and building alternatives that addresses them. These designs are not intended to be substitutive of current display technologies; instead, they seek to expand the palette of display technologies available for visualizing content in different ways.

Roy graduated with a PhD from the group in 2015. His interests are in augmented user interface and communication experiences, alongside sailing, writing and music. He received a B.Sc and M.Sc in Computer Science from Tel-Aviv University and Tel-Aviv-Yaffo College, and also has 8 years of experience working in the Israeli high-tech industry, both in start-ups and enterprise. Prior to the MIT Media Lab he worked in Comverse Innovation Labs, researching and designing mobile user experience.
